About Hampton Harbor Designs
Our Story
Susannah Reid is the mastermind behind our beautiful and unique designs. Reid's veneration for all things aquatic stems from her childhood, when she would assist her father, an Emmy-winning underwater filmmaker, on diving shoots in far-flung locales such as the Banda Sea and the Gulf of Aqaba. She then went on to study fabric design at the Art Institute of Chicago. Susannah pulls existing imagery of sea creatures and marine life and adds them in different arrays to hand painted acrylic borders on primed canvas.
